RMA Authorization For repair of hardware, please request a Return Material Authorization number by sending us a completed RMA form. Download the form in MS Word format here. Please e-mail the completed RMA form to rws@curtisswright.com. Please Note: It is imperative that the RMA number be referenced on the outside of the box for proper and efficient Customs clearance processing. Non-US customers please note: All inbound shipments must specify the shipping terms as "DDP Incoterms 2000" as noted in the terms and conditions of the RMA request form on page 2. Failure to comply will result in unecessary processing delays and all shipping charges charged back to the customer. Additional administration fees may also apply.
