We have supplied hardware, software, systems, and engineering support to more than 200 international customers. During this time, we have continued to build our Export Compliance Program so that it meets or exceeds all applicable laws and regulations, specifically those of the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Our facilities in these countries are fully compliant with applicable export laws.

As part of Modular Solutions, we also operate two U.S. based organizations, in Leesburg, VA and in San Diego, CA, both of which are legally self-sufficient U.S. companies. In compliance with ITAR regulations, both facilities are registered to receive, examine, and ship any USML controlled items.
