I/O Solutions™ feature a complete line of advanced modular I/O modules and high-density carriers. Our Fibre Channel products operate at up to 4.25 Gbps.

Switches
LinkXchange® switches are scalable, versatile, multi-purpose switches that provide protocol transparent connections for digital signals up to 10 Gbps. With LinkXchange switches, network and system configurations can be made quickly and easily through an easy-to-use interface, thus saving time and money. They are available in a variety of form-factors. LinkXchange switches can handle a wide array of serial digital protocols including 1/2/4/8G Fibre Channel, 10/100/1000/10G Ethernet, FDDI, SONET/SDH OC-3, OC-12, OC-48, HD, SDI, as well as many non-standard protocols.

Notes
1. FibreXtreme Serial FPDP products are available with copper or 800nm/1300nm/1550nm optical transceivers.
2. The CMC format provides a 32-bit parallel interface for conversion to Serial FPDP. FibreXtreme CMC cards can be mounted
on companion VME or PCI carrier boards, or used with a custom carrier.
3. SCRAMNet+ is a ring topology shared memory network, available in copper, standard fiber (300M) or extended fiber
(3000M) media. Reconfigurable networks can be constructed with use of the optional LinkXchange crossbar switch.
4. SCRAMNetGT is a ring topology shared memory network operating at 2.5Gbps, available in standard fiber (300M) or extended
fiber (3000M) media. Reconfigurable networks can be constructed with use of the optional LinkXchange crossbar switch.
5. Available in -10°C to 70°C air-cooled configuration.
