PMC-281 High-Def MPEG4 Mezzanine
The PMC-281 provides real-time MPEG4 Part 10 / H.264 compression of video channels up to resolutions of 1920x1200 pixels. This real-time compression makes it ideal for high-definition video distribution and recording applications where high compression ratios allow significant amounts of video to be stored on disks and solid-state media.

- 1 channel of 1080p60 encode OR decode
- 2 channels, each channel can be encoding or decoding simultaneously at resolutions up to 1080p30/1080i60
- Available as a PMC module offering easy integration onto many single board computers (SBCs) and carrier
- Low power design for deployment into harsh environments in a wide range of defence and aerospace applications
- PAL/NTSC, DVI and RGB input as standard, designed to support other interfaces in the future
- Programmable compression ratios with option to transfer uncompressed video
- Fully integrated into the VDS and Sentric2 product families for video distribution and storage
